Georgia Dilena (my partner) went to your harbour town store and had an appointment for 4:45PM so she got there at 4:30PM and was sat down by staff. she waited there until 6:00PM until someone FINALLY askes if she wantes her nails done, which was way too late by that time. Absolutly ridiculous and unprofessional!! Never again.
